Representations
User represents, warrants and
covenants :

Registration and Security
User shall provide OT with registration information that
correctly represents Users profession, mailing address,
experience and ability to transact business.(Please read
PRIVACY POLICY mentioned below).
User shall notify Customercare
of any known or suspected unauthorised use(s) of Users
account, or any known suspected breach of security.
Communications between OT and Users
Unless User indicates by notifying Customer service that
User does not want to receive such information OT reserves
the right to disclose certain limited User information for
the purpose of providing User with information about
products and services.
OT reserves the right to send electronic
mail to any and all Users for the purpose of informing them
of changes or additions to the service, or of any OT related
products and services.
Changes to Service
OT reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect of
the Service of this Agreement. OT may also impose limits on
certain features and services without notice or liability.
Notification of any such change will be posted on the
Service or sent to User via e-mail.
If OT makes changes to the Service, and
if the changes cause User to be in default under the terms
of this Agreement, User may terminate its subscription by
sending an e-mail notice of termination to Customer Service.
However, Users continued use of the service following the
posting of notice of any such change would constitute a
binding acceptance by User.
Termination Policy
User may terminate Users account at any time by sending
e-mail to Customercare.
Warranties
Promotional products provided with purchase by OT are
provided without an OT warranty of any kind, expressed or
implied, including those of merchantability and fitness for
a particular purpose, arising from a course of dealing,
usage or trade practice. Any and all warranties available
for promotional products are provided directly by the
manufacturer. OT makes NO WARRANTIES or representations
regarding the accuracy or completeness of the promotional
product information provided.
THE SERVICE IS DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS
IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
